jessica_at_welsh_questions_oct_14_website_edit.jpgOn Wednesday at Welsh Questions, I asked about the fact that 73,000 people in Wales are in minimum wage jobs, and a quarter of a million earn less than the living wage.  The minimum wage has gone up by just 70p under this Government and this week I highlighted the need for an increase.

I asked if the Secretary of State for Wales would join Labour in committing to increasing the minimum wage to start tackling the scandal of low pay in Wales, which of course they would not commit to do.  This week in Welsh Affairs I also tackled the Secretary of State on under-employment in Wales which is up 20% since 2010.
