Great Western Franchise – Consultation 05 January 2012

The franchise that governs the main train service between Wales and London is up for renewal. The Department for Transport has just set up a consultation document allowing passengers to comment on what criterion should be included for the new franchise agreement which companies will have to bid for. This includes things like quality of service, frequency of stops etc... The franchise will be let on a 15 year term, so this is your opportunity to have a say on what kind of train service you want.
