Still No Justice for the Customers of Farepak, says Jessica 03 November 2011

Jessica asked the Leader of the House, the Rt Hon George Young MP, for the allocation of Parliamentary time to debate the collapse of Farepak. Jessica explained that we had just passed the 5th anniversary of the collapse of Farepak, and the customers had still not seen anyone held accountable for the collapse and hadn’t received any money back from the administrator.

Jessica said We have just passed the fifth anniversary of the collapse of Farepak, but my constituent Deb Harvey, who was a Farepak agent, and her customers have not received any compensation and are still waiting for justice to be done in relation to the people who caused the collapse of the company. Does the Leader of the House feel that we should find time to revisit this issue, not least to ensure that it never happens again?”
