Today I visited the Caldicot Memory cafe which is held every Friday in St Paul’s Community Hall, Longcroft Road, and is organised by the Monouthshire Dementia Support workers as part of the Alzheimer’s Society.

It was great to meet everyone and I have plenty of issues to pursue on behalf of those who use the group. Next week they are holding a session on becoming a dementia friend. If you are interested in becoming a dementia friend please visit www.dementiafriends.org.uk/
