The Tories’ cynical and rushed changes to introduce individual voter registration could mean that up to a million people fall off the electoral register. We can’t sit by and watch a million people lose the right to vote, especially when young people, students, BAME people and those in private rented accommodation, are already less likely to be registered to vote.
We have to make sure that everyone who wants to vote in next year’s elections can with the Welsh Assembly and Police and Crime Commissioner elections as well as the EU referendum.
