Today I attended a parliamentary drop-in celebrating the work of Therapy Dogs.

Therapy Dogs Nationwide is a national charity which enables visiting volunteers to take their own dogs into establishments to give comfort, distraction and stimulation.

It was good to meet with representatives from Therapy Dogs to learn more about the good work they do in hospitals, hospices, care homes, schools and more to improve lives. I was also delighted to spend some time with Bojangles, a therapy dog and star of CBBC’s ‘The Worst Witch’.
