In Parliament this week I raised concerns on behalf of sub-postmasters in Newport East.

Speaking in business questions I said “I wish to draw attention to the hundreds of sub-postmasters across the country, including constituents of mine, who have lost their businesses and homes after paying out of their own pockets to make up for the failure of the Post Office’s Horizon IT system. May I also ask for a debate on how we can help them to get recompense and justice?”

I hope there will be an opportunity for future debates on this issue.
