⚽️ Constituents in Newport East were among those who lost life-altering sums of money when the Football Index collapsed in March.

This was not an ordinary gambling firm, and in a total failure of regulation by the FCA and Gambling Commission, customers felt wrongly assured that their long-term investments in the index were secure. I raised the issue in DCMS questions today.
