Residents in parts of Newport East have been in touch with both local councillors and myself regarding the irresponsible use of e-scooters and e-bikes. I understand just what a problem can be – I’ve seen it for myself.

Yesterday, at Home Office Questions, I asked the (then) Home Secretary what was being done to support the police, and to communicate the legalities of these modes of transport.
