The small businesses in Newport East really are the lifeblood of the constituency.

Making this wonderful area as magical as it is by providing unique shopping and leisure experiences, we are so lucky in Newport East to have lots of little villages, districts and hamlets where you can find boutique stores, places to eat and drink, and service businesses the help to make life easier.

I put out a call to small businesses, asking them to get in touch if they wanted to be featured across my platforms for Small Business Saturday. Lots responded, so I pulled together this guide to supporting small in Newport East.

I know that right now things are tough for these small businesses, which is why this Small Business Saturday I’m asking everyone to – if they can – support our small businesses. Whether you’re buying satsumas for your fruit bowl or gifts for family members, let’s think small first.
