As one of the Co-Chairs of the UK Parliament’s Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary Group, I’m pleased that this month the culmination of ten years of work studying the effectiveness of mindfulness in Parliament will be published.

The new report titled ‘Mindfulness in Westminster’ summarises first-hand accounts from Parliamentarians on the personal and interpersonal benefits they have experienced from it.
