It’s been almost a year since I held the first debate in Parliament on the anti-social use of e-bikes and e-scooters and in that time nothing has changed in terms of legislation that puts an onus on retailers to ensure that they’re giving the right information when selling the vehicles.

Today, I asked the Home Secretary for an update.
