Are the Tories about to hit pensioner’s pockets with another unfunded tax cut?

Today in Wales Questions, I challenged the Secretary of State to commit to not filling the £46bn Tory tax gap from the pockets of pensioners.

Unsurprisingly, he didn’t make the commitment.
